Thank you for booking with Welsh Valley Treehouse Lodges. Please read our terms and conditions of booking:

Our prices

Prices start from £120 per night, prices vary depending on length of stay and time of year, with a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Booking a stay

Please complete the online form or call us with your full details. We will then check the availability as soon as possible and if free will confirm this to you by your preferred communication method. Following confirmation of availability to you, booking is secured upon receipt of a 25% deposit. When booking, it is important that you inform us of any special needs that any of your group may have.

You can also book through our booking links, please review the terms and conditions of that site as there will be variations.

Payment

BACS payment is preferred, our bank details will be forwarded to you once your booking is confirmed. The balance payable is due 8 weeks before your arrival date. If your booking is made within 8 weeks of your planned stay with us, full payment will be required.

Cancellation

Once payment has been received you can cancel until 28 days before check in for a full refund. Cancellations received after this will not be refunded. Once you have made your booking you may wish to take out cancellation/holiday insurance, which is inexpensive.

Unavailability

If due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unavailable for the dates of a confirmed booking, we cannot accept any liability or costs arising from such an event. We will do our utmost to agree an alternative date or dates or accommodation with you, in the event this is not possible, we will refund any payments received from you in full as quickly as possible.

Pets

Pets are not permitted.

Arrival and departure

Check in on the day of arrival is from 4pm and check out on the day of departure is by 10am.

Damages

You are responsible and liable for any breakages and damages to the accommodation, contents and outside area caused by any member of your group, please report these as soon as possible. We do not normally charge for minor breakages or damage, but we may send an invoice for repairs if breakage or damage is significant, or you failed to report these damages before your departure. 

Liability

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions.

Vehicles and possessions are left entirely at the risk of the holidaymaker.

Children should be supervised at all times.

Data

Any data gathered through this booking may be held for the purposes of dealing with your booking or marketing purposes. Please refer to our privacy policy.

Miscellaneous

Whilst every care is taken to provide a true and accurate description of the property, over time, alterations are made and some things do change. The holidaymaker accepts that no refunds are available for such discrepancies.


The property owners cannot accept liability for happenings outside their reasonable control, such as breakdown of domestic appliances, plumbing, wiring, temporary invasion of pests, damage resulting from exceptional weather conditions. However, in these instances all reasonable efforts will be made to avoid disruption to your stay and rectify the issue if necessary during your stay.
 


The property owner reserves the right to enter the property, at a reasonable time, in the event of an emergency or remedial repair work being required.



The property owner is entitled to ask the holidaymaker to leave the property without any refund if, in the property owner’s opinion, the behaviour of the holidaymaker and/or his/her party is unacceptable.



The property owner reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone, who in the property owner’s opinion is not suitable to or capable of taking charge of the property.


Number of Guests


The maximum number of people entitled to stay at this property is stated when booking and furthermore, only those people named on the booking form are entitled to stay. If it is found that more people than agreed are using the property, this will be considered a breach of contract and the holidaymaker and his/her party will be asked to leave immediately without any refund. Sub letting or assignation of the let is prohibited.


The person who completes the booking (i.e. the lead name) certifies that he or she is authorised to agree to the Booking Conditions on behalf of all members of the party, including any changes. The lead names must be over 18 years of age. The property owner reserves the right to refuse or revoke any bookings from parties that may in their opinion (and at their sole discretion) be unsuitable for the property concerned.
